Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Appointments canceled under 24hrs will be charged 50% of the booked price. No-show appointments will incur full price of scheduled service.  
Gift Certificates may be forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Gift certificates will be forfeited for no shows.

Sickness

Massage can exacerbate symptoms when ill. Please refrain from receiving massage during: flu-like symptoms, cold, sinus infections, fever, and all symptoms of contagious sickness out of safety for yourself, the therapist, and other clients.

Lateness

If you know you will arrive late for your appointment, please notify the therapist as soon as possible and we can determine if the time left will be used to its best advantage. Tardiness over 15 minutes may result in a canceled appointment fee.

Decorum/Grievance

Bodywork and draping will be done at the comfort level of both therapist and client.
Inappropriate behavior WILL NOT be tolerated. Any comments, suggestions, jokes, or behavior of sexual nature will cause the termination of the session immediately. The client will pay full, non-discounted price. The client will not be permitted to return. Depending on the severity of the offense a report may be submitted to local authorities.

PACKAGES & GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • If you choose to cancel a package, any unused sessions can be refunded at the original discounted rate. However, sessions that have already been used will be charged at the regular full price, and the difference will be deducted from your refund.
  • Series are transferable to another person - please notify therapist of session transfers with new client's information.
  • Gift certificates and series are redeemable for sessions only, they are not redeemable for cash or to purchase another series or gift certificate. 
  • Series are valid for one year from date of purchase.
